
To secure your stay at Singge Palace, the lead guest must be at least 16 years of age. To ensure a comfortable experience, the maximum number of guests per room is outlined in our room occupancy details online. Please note that the person making the booking holds responsibility for the reservation including cancellations, non-arrivals, and the care of the room even if they are not the primary guest staying with us. Only registered guests are permitted to use the property’s facilities, and any outside visitors require our express permission.
To confirm a reservation, an advance deposit is required. Your booking is considered fully secured only once these funds have cleared. Payments can be made securely online, over the phone via credit or debit card, or through digital bank transfer, cheque, or cash deposit. Should any bank charges arise from dishonored payments, we kindly ask the lead guest to reimburse these within seven days of our request.
We want everyone to enjoy a pleasant stay in Leh. Therefore, we ask all guests to respect the privacy and peace of their fellow travellers, our neighbours, and our staff. We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if this agreement is not honoured or if a disturbance is caused.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for your convenience. To ensure a fair and reliable connection for all our guests, we ask that you use this service appropriately. The network is designed for general use, such as web browsing, email, messaging, and light social media. It is not equipped for heavy media streaming, extensive downloads/uploads, or online gaming. Accessing or using our network for any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to local authorities.
We take pride in maintaining clean and comfortable rooms for our guests. We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused during the stay by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, deep stains, or damage to furniture and fixtures. Please report any accidental damages immediately so we can address them and minimize associated costs. Lost keys or access cards will incur a replacement charge.
If you leave a personal item behind, we will hold recovered belongings for a period of one month. While we will make our best effort to reunite you with your items, we accept no responsibility for replacing lost property and encourage you to double-check your room before checking out. We can arrange to post lost items via recorded delivery at your expense, or you may arrange for collection.
In accordance with health regulations, the smoking of any tobacco products—including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and e-cigarettes—is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking is only allowed in designated, sign-posted areas throughout the hotel grounds.
To maintain a comfortable environment for all guests, we do not accept pets at the hotel, with the strict exception of recognized service dogs.
For guests arriving with their own vehicles, on-site parking is available. Please note that guests park their vehicles on the premises at their own risk.
