Cancellation & Refund Policy

Standard Cancellation Timeline

Thank you for choosing to stay at Singge Palace in Leh, Ladakh. To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, please review our cancellation and refund policies below.

  • 46+ Days Prior to Arrival: For cancellations made 46 days or more before your scheduled check-in date, 10% of the total reservation amount will be forfeited, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

  • 31 to 45 Days Prior to Arrival: For cancellations made between 45 and 31 days before check-in, 25% of the total amount will be forfeited, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

  • 20 to 30 Days Prior to Arrival: For cancellations made between 30 and 20 days before check-in, 50% of the total amount will be forfeited, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

  • Within 19 Days of Arrival: Cancellations made 19 days or less prior to the scheduled check-in date are 100% non-refundable.

Cancellation Procedure

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to reservations@singgepalaceladakh.com . Telephone cancellations are not accepted. Your cancellation is only considered confirmed once you receive a written acknowledgement from the Singge Palace reservations team.

Refund Processing 

Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment used at the time of booking. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

No-Shows & Early Departures

Guests who fail to arrive on their scheduled check-in date (no-shows) or choose to depart before their scheduled check-out date will forfeit the full amount of their reservation. No partial refunds will be issued for unused nights.

Date Modifications

Requests to modify reservation dates are subject to room availability and current seasonal rates. Modifications requested within 19 days of arrival are generally treated as cancellations and may be subject to the standard fees outlined above.

Force Majeure & Travel Insurance

Our cancellation policy remains in effect regardless of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to flight delays, road closures, severe weather, personal emergencies, or altitude-related health issues. Because travel to Ladakh can occasionally be affected by unpredictable disruptions, we strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to their trip.
